Physical Therapist & Performance Training Coach
My Educational Foundation:
At Simpson College, I laid the groundwork for my journey, immersing myself in the foundational knowledge that would later fuel my passion for physiotherapy. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at St. Catherine University, honing my skills and specializing in techniques that would redefine athlete recovery and performance.
The Genesis of Move Forward Physiotherapy and Performance:
Move Forward Physiotherapy and Performance was born from a unique blend of love for Neurology, Sports Medicine, and Trauma care. My journey into the world of Muay Thai opened my eyes to the specific challenges and needs of combat athletes. Witnessing fighters grappling with injuries, I felt a deep drive to contribute to their recovery process and enhance their resilience in the ring.
Innovating for Combat Sports:
Understanding the specific risks involved in combat sports, I developed a unique Concussion Protocol tailored to these athletes' needs. This protocol is a testament to my commitment to providing comprehensive and specialized care for fighters.
Beyond the Clinic:
When I'm not immersed in enhancing athletic performance and recovery, you'll find me exploring the great outdoors, traveling, and wandering through the mountains. These adventures are not just hobbies; they are a source of inspiration and rejuvenation.
Family Life:
At home, I'm blessed my special needs fur baby, Flynn (my dog). He is my support system, constantly reminding me of the joy and balance in life.
